Shopmaker.com Chooses CCBill

ST. ODILIENBERG, The Netherlands — Shopmaker.com, a platform for content owners and media producers to build subscription-based video download shops, today said it has picked CCBill to become its online payment service provider.

"CCBill is the No. 1 brand for online payments in the adult industry and will help us to expand rapidly on a global scale, in particular in the U.S.," Dietmar Noss, CEO of shopmaker.com said. “It not only gives us additional payment options like JCB or Discover alongside Mastercard and VISA but also will bring a renowned affiliate system to all our shop owners.”

Noss said Shopmaker.com is migrating most of its more than 100 existing paysites to CCBill.

“Henceforth, all future shops built with shopmaker.com technology will automatically be submitted to CCBill,” Noss said.

St. Odilienberg, The Netherlands-based Shopmaker is a fully managed platform that allows content providers to easily set up their own online shops to sell electronic media like videos or images.

Tempe, Ariz.-based e-commerce global processing billing service company CCBill provides third-party billing, or turn-key solutions, for e-merchants requiring payments by way of credit card, debit card, or e-check, European Debit/Direct Pay and SEPA payment.
